ICT Infrastructure · Network Delivery · Project Coordination

Building a credible network engineering portfolio, one delivered project at a time.

This site is the public base for my ICT work: real delivery records, technical notes, project thinking, and the roadmap from manual project control toward practical NetDevOps tooling.

Project Hub

Start with the real anchor project.

The first case study is intentionally conservative: it records the known facts of the hotel WiFi renovation before adding claims, numbers, diagrams, or client-facing impact statements.

Hotel WiFi/network renovation with around 20 switches and 500+ APs

Delivery involved onsite coordination, room-level installation constraints, and asset control risk

Current working method: Excel-based planning, tracking, and handover control

Future direction: turn repeated project workflows into lightweight self-built tools

Positioning

A practical profile first, an architecture brand later.

Network Delivery

Campus and hospitality network rollout, WiFi renovation, switching design, implementation follow-up, and acceptance support.

Project Control

Structured tracking through tables, milestone views, risk lists, and recurring stakeholder alignment.

Next Steps

From scaffold to public site.

  1. Create a GitHub repository and push this project.
  2. Connect the repository to Cloudflare Pages with static export settings.
  3. Create an R2 bucket for images, PDFs, diagrams, and sanitized delivery materials.
  4. Replace placeholders with confirmed project content and technical writing.
